Moray is a town to the west of Maras in the Sacred Valley of southeastern Peru. It is known for its circular and well-preserved agricultural terraces filled with fertile earth, a complex irrigation system and sunken amphitheaters. The site is thought to have been used by the Incas for research to experiment with crops at various altitudes.
